Spinach Protein Pancakes

This is a new one for me! These are stupid easy, and a serving size is..... 8-10 PANCAKES!!

Only 164 calories!!!



What you'll need:

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon

What you'll need to do:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender to create the batter. Blend until smooth. Depending on preferences, add Stevia or other sweetener to taste.

  2. Heat a nonstick griddle or pan over medium high heat. Add around 1/8 cup per pancake and cook for about 2-3 minutes until firm. Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Repeat to cook all pancakes.
