Mushroom Soup

Ahhhhh, mushrooms. My favorite tasty little snack! There's just something about them that is so decadent and delicious! This recipe is SO yummy and filling!!


What you will need:

1 cup sliced mushrooms (15 calories)

2 cups water (0 calories)

1/4 tsp. chives

1 clove garlic (4 calories)

1-2 tsp. salt

A pinch of pepper


What you need to do:

Bring the water to a boil in a pot.


Add all of the ingredients until the mushrooms cook and shrink up. Enjoy!! Such a great dish to warm up with!
