Oh, shrimp. It has always been, and always will be one of my favorite foods. It's right up there with mushrooms. And the best part about shrimp? You can do SO much with them!!!
The recipe makes 2 servings, and one serving is 84.4 calories. So for the whole recipe, 168.8! Not too shabby!
What you'll need:
28 large shrimp - ready to cook 1/2 lime, juiced 2 dashes salt 3/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp onion, chopped Cooking spray
What you'll need to do:
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium heat. Add onions to the pan, and cook until they start to become translucent. Add the shrimp and lime juice, and cook until the shrimp are done. Enjoy!
Note: You can also use cooked shrimp for this. Just make sure you thaw them first, and add them in after the onions are cooked because they only need to heat through! Otherwise they become rubbery!
