Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes

What you'll need:

  • 2 Ripe Bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 scoops protein powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 1 1/2 tsp poppyseeds

  • 2 tbsp flour of choice

What you'll need to do:

  • Combine all ingredients until smooth

  • Spray pan and pour out pancake batter

  • Cook on medium/low heat and flip once pancakes begin bubbling

  • Serve hot with {optional} grass-fed butter and pure maple syrup
