Easy Baked Tofu (2 Ingredients)

Now this is my style. 2 ingredients, low calorie, no oil - heaven.



What you'll need:

3 oz. tofu, drained 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or to taste, you probably need less honestly)


What you'll need to do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Blot tofu dry with paper towels, squeezing very lightly to help remove extra moisture. Spray or spoon soy sauce on top of tofu, making sure the tofu has an even coating of soy sauce.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and edges are beginning to crisp. This is good served warm or cold.

For sandwiches, salads and just plain snacking. Keeps in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
