Best Ever Lemon Pepper Salmon and Seasoned Brussel Sprouts

Writer's picture: AshAsh

The easiest thing ever, and easily one of the most delicious. I'm not even kidding. It's tangy, spicy, and the perfect amount for a week night dinner. I'm honestly pretty stuffed from this, even though it looks so small!

Calories for the whole plate: 270

What you'll need:

3 oz. salmon filet, frozen or fresh (I used frozen)

Lemon Pepper Seasoning

1/4 slice of a fresh lemon

1/2 cup brussel sprouts (Again, I used frozen because I was wiped out from work, but you can always use fresh ones!)

What you'll need to do:

Unthaw your salmon according to the package if you're using frozen.

Preheat your oven to 450

Place your salmon filet onto a baking pan. Squeeze the lemon juice from the lemon slice right onto the salmon. Sprinkle on the lemon pepper seasoning. (Season to your liking, I went buckwild because I seriously love this stuff)

Throw that in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until the salmon flakes

Since my brussel sprouts were frozen, I just threw those in the microwave. They came already seasoned and everything!

If you're using your own fresh ones, spray your pan with a little nonstick spray, and put the brussel sprouts in a pan on the stove with a clove of garlic, and season them to your liking. Stir them occasionally, and let them go for about 10-12 minutes!

Seriously you guys, I can't say it enough. This was phenomenal.

ALSO SUPER FUN PSA!!! The new flavored diet coke's are out!!! The twisted mango is already my new obsession! I would totally recommend it!!
