Banana Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Only 190 calories for this pudding! The chia seeds really give you that super full feeling!


What you'll need:

  • 1/2 chopped banana

  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk, unsweetened

  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon

What you'll need to do:

  1. Mash the banana in the bottom of a jar or bowl. Add the chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir everything together.

  2. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours or more. Eat for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
