Baked Veggies

This is something I just whipped up and it was delicious! The broccoli made it super filling, so I thought I would share it with you!

This made a single serving, and I kind of guessed at the amounts I was eating. It came out to around 50 calories!


What you'll need:

1 cup broccoli

1 cup mushrooms

2 tablespoons green onion

2 teaspoons minced garlic

(you can really add whatever veggies you would like to this!)

Cooking spray

Any spices you would like!


What you'll need to do:

Preheat your oven to 400


Line a baking sheet with tin foil


I cut my veggies up so they would cook faster, and placed them onto the baking sheet


Spray veggies with a little bit of cooking spray


Sprinkle on seasonings/spices


Put in the oven for about 12 minutes, or until veggies are a little charred


Enjoy!
