Baked Veggie Egg Rolls

This recipe makes 12 delicious, crunchy egg rolls.

What you'll need:

  • 2 tsp. sesame oil

  • 1/2 cup red onion, minced

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 3 cups green cabbage, shredded

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (julienned)

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 12 egg roll wrappers (7" square)
